About The Wellness Way - Mason, Ohio A clinic built to keep asking why.

We're part of a nationwide network of health restoration clinics that take on the cases others set aside. Dr. Ryan DeNome, DC brought that approach home to Mason, Ohio. This is the story of why.

Why this clinic exists

Most people who find us have already done everything right. They went to the doctor. They took the referral. They sat through another fifteen-minute visit and heard some version of the same sentence: everything looks fine.

But fine is not how you feel. And somewhere between the second specialist and the third prescription, a quieter worry sets in. Maybe this is just how it is now. Maybe it really is all in your head. It isn't, and you're not alone.

This clinic exists for that exact moment. The Wellness Way was built on a simple conviction: health is more than the absence of disease, and a symptom is a signal worth investigating, not a noise to silence. So we start with in-depth lab testing and build each care plan on what your results actually show, working alongside your physicians the whole way.

You shouldn't have to talk anyone into taking your symptoms seriously. Here, that's where we begin.

Our foundation

What we stand for

Mission

The human body was not designed for illness. When it's properly cared for and properly supported, it has a deep capacity to heal, and our work is to give that capacity its best chance.

Philosophy

We are a health champion for all and a community for change, committed to disrupting the standard approach to care so that feeling well is something you get to expect, not something you have to argue for.

Vision

A world where common is not normal. Where people don't accept dismissal, mediocrity, or medication management as the only path to feeling well. We stand in the gap so no stone goes unturned.

Meet Your Chiropractor

Dr. Ryan DeNome, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic | Clinic Owner

Dr. Ryan DeNome is the clinic owner and chiropractic physician at The Wellness Way - Mason. He found chiropractic through his wife, who introduced him to the profession, and he recognized it immediately as the work he wanted: hands-on problem solving in service of real people.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, Georgia, where he discovered The Wellness Way Student Club during his first week on campus. For nearly four years he trained inside The Wellness Way philosophy, preparing to care for patients beyond conventional chiropractic alone.

Dr. Ryan is especially drawn to two kinds of patients: men who feel limited by health challenges and moms running on empty while they care for everyone else. His goal is to offer hope to people who feel stuck, with care that looks for the underlying drivers of symptoms rather than only managing what shows up on the surface.

Certified in the Webster Technique, he cares for pregnant mothers, weekend warriors, CrossFit competitors, gym-trained athletes, and the everyday blue-collar athlete moving through life. If you want to feel and perform better, he wants to help.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Ryan is usually outdoors with his wife and son: hiking, kayaking, or simply enjoying the quiet. He and his wife biked 100 miles on their second date, so "adventurous" is not a stretch.
