Chiropractic

Adjustments with intention

Manual, specific adjustments, with cupping, scraping, and soft tissue work included at no upcharge.

If you've been adjusted before, you'll notice the difference. Dr. DeNome is a Doctor of Chiropractic who works by hand: manual, specific adjustments matched to the person on the table, not a one-size routine. Lower-force and gentler techniques are always available for kids, pregnancy, acute flare-ups, and sensitive nervous systems.

Cupping, instrument-assisted scraping, and soft tissue mobilization are part of your adjustment whenever they're indicated. If your body needs the work, it's included in the visit.

Chiropractic care here runs alongside your medical team, not around it. Keep your primary care physician, your OB, your physical therapist. We're glad to coordinate with all of them.

Health Restoration

Test, Don't Guess

A flat $99 new-patient visit, functional labs billed transparently, and a plan built from your results.

You've heard it before: "everything came back fine." But fine isn't how you feel. Common, but not normal. Chasing symptoms one at a time is like taping over a fire alarm. We'd rather find the fire, so we start with functional lab testing through partners we trust: Access Medical Labs, Dutch Test, Genova Diagnostics, ImmunoLabs, and Mosaic Labs (for the organic acids test, or OAT, and heavy metal panels). Hormone metabolites through DUTCH, gut microbiome, food sensitivities, mycotoxins, heavy metals, full thyroid. The depth standard panels miss.

Your first health restoration visit is a flat $99. Labs are billed transparently, so you know what a panel costs before you order it. No mystery invoices, no bundled programs you didn't ask for.

From there, the plan is built on what your results actually show: nutrition guidance, practitioner-grade supplements, and lifestyle support that may help address the underlying drivers. It all runs alongside your physician's care, not in place of it. Outside the Mason area? Virtual consults are available for lab review and follow-up.

Testing categories

Full functional lab work

Broad panels that go beyond what standard bloodwork looks at.

Gut health

Stool, microbiome, permeability, and food sensitivity profiles.

Hormones (DUTCH)

Dried urine metabolites for a fuller hormone picture.

Thyroid

TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, and antibodies. The full panel.

Heavy metals

Mercury, lead, aluminum, and other burden panels (incl. Mosaic).

Mold / mycotoxins

Indoor and environmental exposure markers.

Food sensitivity

Identify foods triggering inflammation or symptom flares.

Lipid + cardiovascular

Advanced markers beyond a basic cholesterol panel.

Whole-person care

  • Nutrition guidance individualized to your test results, not a copy-paste food list.
  • Practitioner-grade supplements matched to what your panels actually show, not a shelf product someone read about online.
  • Lifestyle support: sleep, stress, movement, environment. The patterns underneath the symptoms.

The Webster Technique

A prenatal chiropractic technique focused on analyzing and adjusting the pelvis, surrounding muscles, and ligaments (without twisting, cracking, or popping). By easing tension across pelvic structures, it may support optimal fetal positioning and a smoother, more comfortable birth experience.

The technique may help create more space for baby to move into an ideal position and may help prepare your pelvis for the physical demands of birth. It may also help ease common pregnancy discomforts like round ligament pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and lower back pain.

The technique is specifically designed for expecting mothers: gentle, supportive, and pregnancy-appropriate. A Webster-Technique-certified chiropractor is a useful part of a complete birth team, working alongside your OB or midwife.

Common questions

What chiropractic techniques do you use?

Dr. DeNome is trained in Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, and the Webster Technique for prenatal patients. His preference is manual, specific adjustments: focused, technique-driven hands-on work. Lower-force and gentler approaches are available when a patient prefers them or the clinical picture calls for it.

Is soft tissue work an extra charge?

No. If cupping, instrument-assisted scraping (Graston-style), or soft tissue mobilization is indicated, it happens during your adjustment at no extra charge. There's no add-on menu.

What lab testing is available through health restoration?

Functional lab work including hormone metabolite panels (DUTCH), gut microbiome and stool analysis, food sensitivity testing, complete thyroid panels (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, antibodies), heavy metal testing, and mold/mycotoxin panels. Tests run through partnerships with Access Medical Labs, Dutch Test, Genova Diagnostics, ImmunoLabs, and Mosaic Labs (OAT and heavy metals). More on our overall approach on the functional medicine page.

What is the Webster Technique?

A prenatal chiropractic technique focused on analyzing and adjusting the pelvis, surrounding muscles, and ligaments (without twisting, cracking, or popping). It may support optimal fetal positioning and may help ease common pregnancy discomforts like round ligament pain and sacroiliac dysfunction.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We provide pediatric chiropractic care from newborns onward, using soft, age-appropriate adjustments focused on structural and nervous-system support, always alongside your pediatrician's care.

Are virtual consultations available?

Yes. For health restoration work that doesn't require an in-person adjustment (lab review, nutrition guidance, follow-up care), we offer virtual consultations. Especially useful for patients outside the immediate Mason and Cincinnati area.
